Saif Ali Khan was attacked with a knife during a burglary attempt at his house in Bandra. The actor was reportedly stabbed six times on his arm and suffered a massive injury. He’s currently under surgery. The family has issued a statement and urged fans to be patient, thus further confirming that the rest of them – including Kareena Kapoor Khan, kids Jeh and Taimur are safe. The investigation on this matter has already begun.

Saif Ali Khan Health Update

Mumbai Police officer Daya Nayak who is an encounter specialist was spotted arriving at Saif’s house, along with an entire team of crime branch officials. He was crowded by the media outside the house, even as he was going back after the investigation, but he refused to comment on the matter.

Meanwhile, DCP Dixit Gedam has given a statement to the media. He was quoted by IANS, “Late last night, around 3 AM, information came in that actor Saif Ali Khan was attacked at a station. A police team was dispatched to the scene, and an investigation is currently underway”
The Mumbai Police have formed seven teams to investigate the attack thoroughly. Saif is currently undergoing surgery at the Lilavati hospital. Meanwhile, many celebs are shocked and have reacted to this incident. They are appalled and urged for a better security of actors while showing faith in the Mumbai police to investigate the matter and give severe punishment to the accused.
