Mark Nawaqanitawase sliced through from a pass from Sandon Smith to score and give the Roosters an early lead.
AJ Brimson charged onto a pass from Sam Verrills to score a try as the Titans drew level.
Victor Radley suffered a head clash with Reagan Campbell-Gillard and had to come from the field with a HIA, two games into his return from his last concussion.
However, Radley passed his HIA and was free to return to the action.
In the same tackle Spencer Leniu was placed on report for a high tackle.
