Viewers of 99 To Beat remain remain divided on the ITV’s brand new gameshow, which some have described as ‘Squid Game meets Loose Women’.
The series made its premiere last Saturday, with soap stars and brothers Adam and Ryan Thomas making their prime time TV presenting debuts.
99 To Beat sees 100 contestants battling it out against each other in hopes of winning the £25,000 prize jackpot.
Each episode of the show sees the contestants taking part in a number of challenges, which eliminates one person every round.
Returning for its second episode on Saturday night (March 29), members of the UK public had to guess the weight of a llama, balance penne pasta on a piece of spaghetti and try to land a tape measurer in a precise area.
On top of that, one challenge saw the contestants split into teams as each team member had to add a domino to their line and create a perfect sequence without any of them falling.
Sadly for the purple team, one player slipped during the challenge and knocked their dominoes down, which led to them losing and going home.
Those watching at home had another mixed response to the new show, as they took to X, previously known as Twitter, to give their reviews.

The show is likely to increase in its viewership this week, due to BBC One’s Gladiators being missing from the TV schedule.
Fans of the show have to wait another week to see the second semi-final, with the BBC airing the FA Cup quarter-final clash between Brighton and Hove Albion and Nottingham Forest instead.
