CID: Gaurav Khanna shares fond memories with Shivaji Satam, Dayanand Shetty and others, reveals who called him ‘Gauruu’
CID began in 1998 and has been winning hearts since then. People of all ages have been the fans of the show. They have showered love on the show and the characters. Shivaji Satam, Dayanand Shetty and Aditya Srivastava as ACP Pradyuman, Daya and Abhijeet have touched the hearts of the audience. Apart from the three stars, the show had many popular actors. Almost every actor from the industry has once been a part of CID in some or the other small role.
Gaurav talks about working in CID
Celebrity MasterChef winner Gaurav Khanna has also been a part of CID. He played the role of Inspector Kavin in the TV serial. Now, while speaking to Pinkvilla, Gaurav opened up about the fond memories from CID shoot. He said that on the sets of CID, everything was different. He explained that usually on other sets, people ask about the scenes and, script.
But when they reached the sets of CID, they only spoke about what’s for lunch. He further said that everyone is amazing on the show and Aditya Srivastava aka Abhijeet told him that when he is on this show, he is responsible for his own weight.
He recalled how Shivaji Satam used to call him ‘Gauru’ and make a glass of lassi for him every day. He shared how the veteran actor used to add lots of sugar and salt in it because of which Abhijeet and Daya used to run away so that they do not have so much of calories.
He further shared how the entire team made sure that one eats good food on the sets. Gaurav has worked in the show for a year and he was pampered by all. This is a big story in entertainment news and TV news.
CID returned in 2024 with season two. Currently, CID 2 has been in the news ever since Shivaji Satam aka ACP Pradyuman left the show. Now, Parth Samthaan has entered the show as ACP Ayushmaan.
